You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped or produced.

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment or production, you will receive a full refund

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

2. Returns

We accept returns of eligible products.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed, in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (including return shipping)

  • No restocking fees will be charged

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
